I wish I could give no stars. I rented a cabin through Parkside Cabin Rentals, and I was shocked at the filth. The drains were back up, there were literally spider webs everywhere, bird poop in the middle of the living floor, filthy mirrors, the list goes on. The parking was a joke. The game room, washer and dryer, etc are all "community amenities" Beware. There was cleaners' envelope for tips. The tip is CLEAN the cabins please.

November 4, 2021 stayed at Parkside Cabins in the "ALL ABOUT THE VIEW" so true it all about the view just freaking amazing & beautiful. The cabin had more then enough space which l wanted. I'm giving it 5 stars 🌟 couple of things could have been but overall wonderful!! Thanks 😊

Owls Nest was ok. However, cabin had musty smell upon entry and a FOUL ODOR coming from garbage disposal. The pool table is nasty and cover REALLY SHOULD BE REPLACED! Says sleeps 10, but only 8 towels. I guess they expect you to share lmao. But the floors were DISGUSTING! From shower to bedroom my feet were FILTHY. Their check in is stupid and not customer friendly AT ALL! The best thing, it has TVs everywhere, but I’m a man so DUH LMAO! It wasn’t horrible, but will not rent from them again.

Front desk check in employee very rude and unprofessional. Also Indian creek is listed as being in Gatlinburg but actually it's in Cosby TN about 45 mins west . Check in process is horrible besides having work with a rude employee you can't go straight to the rental cabin but to there rental office .
