I love my new home and management is great the area is so peaceful. MS WILLIAMS does all she can to help
Ms. Williams in the leasing office was absolutely fabulous! She is extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I can tell that she works extremely hard! She does an amazing job keeping the grounds clean and she is very responsive and accommodating. She made renting super easy and was definitely a major factor in me choosing this building. She is a great asset to this property and anyone who comes across her is in great hands.
Parkside at Hudson are beautiful apartments. I’ve lived here 4 years now. Everything was fine until Mavis Williams came in and started harassing and being rude to people. From putting signs on my car telling me where I can an can’t park to now having to put cameras in my house cause she’s illegally telling the maintenance man to come in homes when people are home without notice. This woman can’t sign leases on time, she can’t handle the paper load, looses peoples important information even has sent me people personal informa... read more
Parkside at hudson is a beautiful place to live in I loved my apartment, it had everything that I needed .I lived their for 3 years. The first 2 years was wonderful until they bought in the Office a very disrespectful lady. She is the reason I can't give a 5 star and she is the reason I had let my beautiful apartment go. When I was moving out 3 other family's was moving at the same time the same reason and 2 other families said they are going through the same thing with her so they are looking for a new place to live in pea... read more
