Good location right near the park, and far enough from Church st. So you don't hear much traffic or noise. The maintenance team is very responsive and quick to help, they take you seriously when you have any issue even a small one.
Parkside at City Crossing exceeds the 5 star rating. The Parkside Team are exactly that a team—the excellent Maintenance personnel and Concierges, the extraordinary Leasing Consultants, and the amazing Managers. Had an awful experience here, absolutely do not recommend. Leasing staff lied to me to rent me a unit that they assured me was quiet and far from the construction noise for the construction they had planned (had to lease from afar without being able to visit) - and once I moved in, saw construction going up right outside my window. Donna was AWFUL, repeatedly gaslit me & was nasty to deal with.
