The building is nice and all but the staff gets pretty rude. Donna was not responding to my emails in a timely manner (if at all) and when I told her she should respond to my emails she rolled her eyes at me and kept ignoring me after that interaction. For the rent you pay there, this is unacceptable. I needed an internet connection item removed from my unit after moving out but Nyree didn’t respond to my several emails for such a small favor. The maintenance team at Parkside always goes above and beyond to help us with what we need. Especially Luis! He is truly amazing.
