I have walked Starlight, Lennar, DR Horton and Meritage homes prior to purchasing my Pulte home. These ones are a cut above the rest. The best way I can describe these homes is an early 2000’s quality home with a build date of 24’ or 25’. They just didn’t skimp in the same areas that other builders are at this time. We had a great experience with pulte and our supervisor Daniel. He made sure to update us with picture every step of the process and keep us informed about upcoming steps.
My experience with Josh ( one of the super intendants that deals with move in checklists) after completing the move-in checklist was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Initially, he seemed eager to address the issues I raised, but it quickly became clear that his main focus was securing a good review rather than resolving the actual problems.
