Just recently moved into the property and I’m very happy with the move in process. The ladies in the office made everything run smoothly. The amenities are really nice to have a bunch of different places to just hang out also.
Great area and nice amenities
We moved all the way from Florida not knowing if we would find a place fast, this was the 4th place with looked at and we fell in love with the amenities and how the place looks and the apartment especially. We moved in right after my application was approved we were so glad to not have to keep spending money on the hotel and my neighbors are so so nice and they are really respectful. EDIT: new management is non communicative and best and downright disrespectful at… also best. no parking and their attempts to organize it are making it worse. never available to speak during office hours. pool is overrun by non residents. luggage cart is padlocked to the desk and they id for usage.i miss selene 💔 - adorable complex !! workers are the sweetest <3 amenities are insane for the rent price & the units are mad cute
Kierra is great i got a tour and and decided to apply. She helped with my whole application and getting move in. got the move in rent for free too. happy i chose parks side apartments. Mia the other office lady is pretty cool too. i want to soak in the pool every day it is so nice 😄
