Just moved out of Parkside. Great staff and location. Right next to Aldi and main st. They have pickleball, swimming pool and gym room. Everything you need to feel right at home
I really wanted to like this apartment complex since it’s close to school. Unfortunately, the negative reviews are most accurate. After 1 month, I found out that all of my neighbors are only paying $4/month for trash pickup, and I have been charged $15/month. This is such a drastic change in leases, and this is a required fee. When I brought it to their attention, they said that new leases are being charged $25/month for trash pickup. This discrepancy is withheld from residents when signing a lease and is dishonest. I have lived in Parkside since August 2024, my first two months I was harassed by young neighbors, the complex does nothing to enforce the picking up of dog feces which is abundant especially by the tenants whom have larger dogs and live above the retail space. It is difficult to walk outside on the grass areas without stepping in poop. People let their animals poop in the mulch beds by apartment windows and do not clean it up.
