I have lived in Parkside since August 2024, my first two months I was harassed by young neighbors, the complex does nothing to enforce the picking up of dog feces which is abundant especially by the tenants whom have larger dogs and live above the retail space. It is difficult to walk outside on the grass areas without stepping in poop. People let their animals poop in the mulch beds by apartment windows and do not clean it up. I have lived at Parkside Apartments for a little over a year after moving from a house that I was in for over 20+ years. I knew that there would be a learning curve and a big change for me but I’m glad to say that moving here was the best thing that I could have ever done. The staff here is super friendly and responsive to any questions or small issues that I have had. The residents that I have come in contact with have also been very friendly. I enjoy everything about the apartment complex. The apartments are nicely done with many amenities including but not limited to washer and dryers, dishwashers and valet trash service. The complex as a whole is awesome. You can have a relaxing day by the pool or use the grills for a nice get together with family and friends. The staff here is top notch. If you have any issues the staff acts promptly to make sure the issue is addressed. I am really happy to call Parkside home.

I had this ranked extremely high on my potential new home list but unfortunately the lack of communication from the staff after I submitted my application is awful.
