I moved into the Parkside Apartments in Gladstone in July 2025. I was a bit nervous because I sold my house in Lenexa, KS and hadn't lived in an apartment for 50 years! Wow...was I pleasantly surprised. This place is awesome. First of all the staff here (Salena and Reece and Devon) are the absolute best! I've met lots of the other tenants and they all love it here. I moved in December of 2023 just a few months after they opened and I was pleased living here for almost two years. The staff, whether they have left during my stay or not, (Selene, Rachel, Reece, Devin, Dj, and Kenzey) were always good to me and maintenance was always done in a timely manner. I give it 4 stars because the walls were too thin. You can hear your neighbors conversations and dogs barking.
