I came here to visit my sister, and it’s a nice area.
Great environment to live, Jessica is great to work with and makes moving in and fixing issues so easy!
The property manager at this location is awesome! She’s always easy to work with and does her best to keep her tenants happy! Living here is a breeze.

I have never had a move in go as smooth as this one did! Brittney was super kind and helpful! I love my new apartment and love how quiet the building is! Had some really horrible property management at my place in ankeny and this place was super close to work and affordable and clean couldn’t be more happier and my dog loves it as well! :)
