The new company that bought out the old one last year definitely has made things worse. I have lived here since the day they opened it I am genuinely looking to move. Not happy that they no longer allow grills on decks and the lack of any communication is disappointing.
Great Complex
Worst experience with a leasing office I’ve ever had. Self guided tour and they gave us the keys to someone’s apartment!!! NOT AN EMPTY UNIT. Talk about a safety risk. Also they don’t have a peephole/ eyeglass to look and see who’s at your door. Absolutely no one answers the phone this place is a MESS. I wouldn’t want my landlord giving out self guided tours to my apartment without my knowledge. Choose wisely.
Family member has been trying to get a lease to sign for 5 weeks. Nothing but AI/automated run around. I don’t think they have actual people working there.
New management has been a complete downgrade. Communication is practically nonexistent, no matter how many times you try to reach out. They boast about improvements, but the reality is nothing has gotten better. I moved out over a month ago and still haven’t received my security deposit. The previous property manager was reliable and professional, but the new team has proven to be disorganized, unresponsive, and untrustworthy. Rent elsewhere if you expect any degree of professionalism.
