Under the new management, Coves Living, here is my experience. Had very important financial items mailed to us and couldn't get access to our mailbox for over a month, still don't have access. I have sent countless emails, text messages, and called several times and there has been little to no responses. There is also nobody ever working the leasing office. The communication is very poor and if I could go back I would not choose to live here again.
- The new management is absolutely terrible. - Can't get ahold of anyone. Put in a simple maintenance request that took over a MONTH to get resolved. - Shame it changed management hands, old manager was who sold us moving here. We miss her! - Overall... Would NOT recommend moving here.
Coves Living recently took over this property. I can never get ahold of anyone and they are overcharging but don’t care to answer calls, voicemails, texts and emails. I never had this issue until they took over. Very unfortunate but I would absolutely not recommend.
I came here to visit my sister, and it’s a nice area.
Great environment to live, Jessica is great to work with and makes moving in and fixing issues so easy!
