These folks in charge of the responsibilities of this building 5974s Kurtz and the parkside complex are absolutely great especially Ms Aliota and Lean also Dave is a excellent person to make this community run smoothly he’s the best maintenance man You will ever find. And I have to commend Amber she keeps my apartment hallways clean and a very professional good natured person. This is an awesome place to live Stan cassel
Great space and (more importantly) great staff.
Lived here for 5 years and my experience was nothing but amazing. It's quiet in a nice neighborhood not to far off the highway. We had a very nice and big 1 bedroom with an additional loft it was a very fair rental price. Would recommend anyone in the area looking check it out.
It was an absolute pleasure living at Parkside for the past 5 years. We moved out of state, or we would have stayed even longer! I miss our apartment, and the wonderful office staff at Parkside. We truly enjoyed living there, and our 5 years of tenancy were enjoyable, quiet, and peaceful. I couldn't recommend it more!
