Great apartment building! Great Value! Big roomy apartments. Clean and quiet. We love Manager Everett. If you pay your rent and follow the lease, you wont have any trouble here. Parking sucks. But other than that, its great here.
Clean, Quiet, No Non-Sense Property. Large Floor Plans with Walk-in Closets. Incredibly beautiful, renovated apartments. Yes! The exterior of the building is not attractive; but what a surprise on the inside. EXTREMELY Limited Parking is a considerable problem. There is NO GUEST PARKING WHATSOEVER! While the Manager is very friendly, he is also very firm. Whatever is in the Rental Agreement, that has your signature on it, he expects to see followed. there is a lot of cockroaches in this complex ,it's a very dirty complex , I don't advice any one to rent in it
