Want your credit card and you can't get a refund If you miss the appointment or are even 10mins late, i've never had a vet ask for that saying it's cause we missed but they want to change and can't even cancel once you've given the card. I like all of us need our own money for our pets not from stuff like this. vet care cost enough they do not have to do this I will not come back after my appointment that I cannot cancel. Emergency visit for our coonhound pup 8 weeks old. Got bit by older dog. Really sick this morning with fever, etc. He and his mom were there before 7. He's better now. Might need xray of jaw tomorrow. Thanks to them he's better alrady.
