If I could leave zero stars for Dana Parks, I would. Communication became extremely difficult after the initial consultation and retainer were paid. I often could not get responses or speak with Dana directly. I was billed for conversations and services that were never clearly communicated to me, including work involving a business valuator that I ultimately had to find myself. Dana and all of her staff are amazing. Wife emailed me without any warning she was leaving after 30 years. Dana was able to help get me back on my feet and fought for me every step of the way. As with most things in life, stay organized with all your paperwork and strategy and Dana will do the rest. She also was very conscious of communication to help optimize amount of billable hours. Highly recommended!!
