We personally had the worst experience. Had our bus there for over a month, two times they said it was ready and we drive two hours there and back and neither time it was ready the bus did not work. They charged us 16K. So we left the bus again. The bus is worse than before, when we took it in it had power, AC lights, we had them changed generator and now nothing works they said they don’t know how to fix it. In May, while traveling in our motorhome, the airbrakes malfunctioned near Ellijay, GA. Of course it was a Friday afternoon! Parks Truck Center was recommended by a trucker who stopped with his fire extinguisher to aid us. We contacted them and they were totally helpful. They helped us limp in to their facility and had us back on the road by Tuesday afternoon. Fantastic company. In a motorhome, it's always touch and go when needing service or repairs while traveling. Not a positive experience. I was informed after they don't fix engines. Only replace. They wanted $15,000.00 to fix a $4500 truck with blown head gasket. Burnt my battery up then without my permission replaced it. They fried it trying to lift a dump bed without starting the truck so melted the terminals. Concerning they didn't know a dump bed needs to be running in order to raise the bed. I was charged $350 to look at it and told oh we don't repair engines. and another $190 for battery. Feeling ripped off.
