i brought my car in because my trans was acting up. Steve was a very nice guy and very understanding of my financial situation. He not only rebuilt my transmission $300 cheaper than anyone else, he let me make payments. this shop is great i highly recommend and will refer all my friends and family here.
Right now my car is smooth like the first time I bought it. I like this guys shop. I can tell he's reliable and honorable. In this field his reputation is excellent.
I was ready to pull the plugs on the transmission on my car but my friend recommended i take it to Parks transmission, so i did. Steve, the owner is the Transmission Specialist; several occasions he told me the problem was not the transmission, he did an adjustment at no charge and my rental truck can be rented out again.
