Alejandra in Service at Parks Toyota was amazing at helping manage the repairs and extended warranty coverage for my daughter's car. After. Bringing my vehicle in for an oil change. When I got home.I realized someone took my owner's manual brand new pair of jumper cables and some clown out of my vehicle. Worst experience at a dealership service center. After purchasing my first new car from Parks Toyota of Deland, I started doing all my scheduled maintenance at this location. On two separate occasions for an oil change my car was overfilled and underfilled with oil. The first occasion occurred immediately after my third oil change. While on my way home my car started to smoke and my entire car was engulfed in smoke.
