Are you seeking an experience that may lead to feeling mistreated? This establishment could be your destination. The sales manager explicitly stated uncertainty regarding our intentions, suggesting we might be there to steal a vehicle. Rather than showcasing a car to my wife and allowing her to develop an affinity for it, they prioritized gathering our demographic information. I must inform you that your dealership is not the sole option available in this area.
Highly disappointed with this dealership. I went in to purchase parts for my truck and was not informed of a sale price online. after purchasing the parts, I found out there was a sale and they told me over the phone they can’t match the price because it’s only for online purchases… I will never go here again
Alejandra at Parks Toyota of Deland is fantastic! She’s attentive, professional, and always takes great care of her customers. Thanks to her excellent service, I’ll definitely be coming back.
Bruce Hrabia sold me my vehicle and made it very simple to make the purchase in a minimal amount of time. I wasn’t there all day he got me to finances and out the door. Everyone involved in my purchase was very helpful and approachable. I can’t thank them all enough. I am really enjoying my new car. Thank you, Bruce and everyone else who was involved.
