Triple A sent out someone from Parks Auto to change a flat tire. Dude comes out takes the flat tire off and couldn’t get the spare off from underneath because we didn’t have the key to unlock to spare. Truck is brand new and dealership never gave us one. So he leaves and we call back to see if they have a tool to be able to do it. First thing, the guy lied and said he had already put the spare tire on. He did not.
