Had an appointment to check my water heater and he never showed nor answered my text and call will not call this company again.
Wesley and Andy came out this evening and fixed my gurgling bathroom sink, they came out when they said they would and did the job right, if your looking for a top notch plumbing company I highly recommend them
If I could give a zero star I would. In March we signed a contract with this company with a 3 year warranty. The contract I signed was for new water lines to be run from the meter to the house and to the garage and install a new water heater, which we had already bought. The first rain after lines were laid exposed the truth that the lines were not laid 18” as required. The rain washed dirt off and lines are exposed in 3 places. Contacted them about repqring a water heater was given a price and was told they would be here the next day I waited all day messaged and called with no response they never showed and as of today have still not heard back very unreliable will never use this company
