Please do not give them your credit card info over the phone. I just dealt with $700 and attempted fraud. After calling the facility saying that I'm canceling my order because of my debit card having to be replaced, I was informed that when I gave them my information that they write it down on a piece of paper and put it in the drawer. Aaron at Parks rental is the best. Always trying to help the customer. He takes pride in his job. Always a great experience
Staff was not very friendly, and their rates were ridiculous, especially for drop off and pick up.
