We dropped my wife’s car off to have work done for an electrical issue. They did diagnose and fix the issue at a fair price. The communication wasn’t great with the service team as we had to call to get an update multiple times, not the end of the world but wasn’t up to par with what you’d expect from a luxury dealership. Parks lied to me from the beginning and my temporary tag expired in 12/22 I called on 12/23 asking for another one because the state of Ohio had not received my title information from Virginia. Sonya told me it would be overnighted to me was not called again december 30 told the same story to this day January 16 th still no tag I would never recommend this dealership. I have been here once and it will be the last time. I took my 328i in for a BMW recall. They called me day 3 and wanted to charge $3400 for damages the technician had done while completing the required recall work. I told them no and they put the car back together without making the repairs. The service manager said the repairs weren't needed. I guess I was only supposed to approve them if I had an extra $3400 laying around. Seems very dishonest and none of my fleet will be going back.
Utterly Disappointed with Parks Auto I am extremely dissatisfied with the service at Parks BMW Service Center in Roanoke. After visiting three times for an ongoing issue with a rattling noise from the rear door, the problem remains unresolved. Despite providing multiple videos of the issue, the technicians failed to take meaningful action, refusing to investigate unless the noise could be replicated in the service center. The salesman named Starr was fantastic. Dustin and Tyler the finance managers were also excellent. No hassle. Fair negotiating. Kind and courteous. Highly recommend this BMW dealership.
