This is my second time leasing an SUV from Parks Lincoln. They have two outstanding dealerships in Tampa (one on Florida Ave., and the other in Wesley Chapel). Lincoln has really nice cars, but Parks Lincoln Tampa — you’re giving the brand a bad name. Customers bring their cars in for service, and somehow they leave with “new” issues that weren’t there before. Looking at your Google and Yelp reviews, this isn’t just my experience — it’s a pattern that’s been going on for years. Customers deserve honesty, not manipulation.
