As a first-time landlord, the people at Parks - Tom, Anthony, Eve, Paige, Melissa, Joe and Maxine - have professionally marketed my home, established fantastic tenants, made simple the whole referencing, contract and inventory side of things, and worked brilliantly as a team to provide efficient accounts, payment and communications and make the whole renting-out process almost stress free and enjoyable.
Paid a holding deposit and was told I was accepted for a flat in Brighton only for the agency to then tell me that the landlord is now selling the property, despite it being listed on Rightmove and going through all reference/credit checks. I already began preparing to move into the flat, and was told more than a day after I paid the holding deposit that I was no longer accepted.
