Kelly Parks helped us through setting up a guardianship for my mother. He went above and beyond. He had to work with a difficult out of county judge and Kelly stepped up to the plate every time in a respectful and professional manner. I felt confident in the courtroom with him at my side. My niece suddenly passed away in March 2023. She and her teenaged son lived in Columbus, I live in Cleveland. I had no idea what to do or who to contact. I was the only family she had. I wouldn’t even give a 1 star if able to give zero. Mr. Kelly Parks took my son for 10’s of thousands of dollars in a custody dispute and fought more for his ex girlfriend than for my son. He allowed my sons income to be imputed somehow to an amount he has never made, said his paystubs were wrong, even after they called the HR department to confirm income, which raised his child support considerably.
