Wanted to give a shout out to John Missions. We had some issues to be addressed. We built 3 yrs ago. James Parks was so nice to send someone out to have repairs done. We built John was so professional and efficient. Our construction issue will soon be in our past. Thank you Parks construction for being “stand up co.”
New Build. Parks Home Construction is the way to go when you want a quality home build experience and great time table. They started my home build one week after closing. It’s moving along nicely.
James Park built us a beautiful quality home where we’ll raise our kids. Several of our friends in the construction buss. have visited and are impressed with their attention to detail. We particularly impressed with their immediacy to our questions and concerns. Office staff and foremen were prompt at all times. Highly recommend them.
Recently purchased a home from Parks & I have to say they have been super helpful, kind, and quick! More specifically Paul, anytime we have a question or a concern about our warranty he picks up so fast! The company all around is a great one and the homes are BEAUTIFUL. Thank you Parks for our beautiful home and for being so quick and easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a home.
I worked with Paul Sessions to have a carport built that would blend in with the house. They had it up in only 4 days and it matches beautifully. They also did a few small projects at the same time, all finished quickly and nicely. All employees/subs that worked on the projects were great. Paul himself is responsive, polite and a great representative of the company. I highly recommend!
