Recently purchased a home from Parks & I have to say they have been super helpful, kind, and quick! More specifically Paul, anytime we have a question or a concern about our warranty he picks up so fast! The company all around is a great one and the homes are BEAUTIFUL. Thank you Parks for our beautiful home and for being so quick and easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a home.
I worked with Paul Sessions to have a carport built that would blend in with the house. They had it up in only 4 days and it matches beautifully. They also did a few small projects at the same time, all finished quickly and nicely. All employees/subs that worked on the projects were great. Paul himself is responsive, polite and a great representative of the company. I highly recommend!
Parks really has a great team, fast, reliable and honest. When we built my house they helped me in ways where other builders wouldn’t/couldn’t.
These people don’t build homes with dignity. Just slapping homes together, collecting their money & going about their lives. They use cheap material and cut corners. They were the most difficult to deal with when it came to their home warranty. And they will cheat you out of the foundation warranty.
