My family has purchased two beautiful homes from Parks Home Construction. Both were trimmed to the 9’s having all the extra’s without being over priced! Granite countertops, custom cabinets and great floor plans to choose from, James was very helpful in the process and made us feel like FAMILY! Anything we needed he was there to help with our decisions to make the build go smooth and to stay under budget! It was an extremely good experience to work with his TEAM!

He builds quality homes and stands behind them with a 10-year bonded builder warranty. Per square foot it would be hard to beat his pricing. I believe him to be the best in the Cedar Creek Lake area.
