Please be carefully to visit the dealer for service. Lack of communication. My vehicle is ready since 11:30am constantly communicating them. Call left a voice message. But no reply. I clearly communicated, need to a vehicle to pickup kids from school by 1:30pm. 11:30am to 1:00pm they have done nothing. I call back 1:08pm they still struggle to find the detail. Service advisor was horrible. Assuming he was mad because he’s as tall as the desk he stands behind for 8hrs a day. Overpriced services. Was given wrong info on my extended warranty and they cared less.
As always, Cameron was amazing! He is always very thorough with his work, yet also is able to complete the job quickly. He is great at explaining any diagnosis he comes across and is very knowledgeable and professional. He is always very friendly and pleasant. We have had Cameron out several times as our mobile technician and each time the service is stellar!
