First time renting, good experience working with Sharon to get in the door, great apartment lots of amenities good atmosphere. Im excited to begin my life here and very affordable for such a nice looking place. Very freidnly and helpful staff.
Sharon is excellent and provided superb customer service through the entire process. Very pleasant attitiude. I loved working with her and the other staff was great too
I just had a walk through of the property and 1 Br apartments with the leasing Ana get Tammy she was super cool and honest and straight forward. The grounds are clean, maintained, the pool and bbq area are super nice . The location, great and in the middle of the area of traffic , it’s a hidden gem. Directly located next to Shelby farms, literally. Great location if you have to transport even to Downtown, very quick access to walnut grove . ⭐️ 1 Star — Stay Away From This Complex I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this apartment complex look elsewhere. We pay $2,000 a month and, unfortunately, our experience has been extremely frustrating from the beginning. We moved in on May 8, 2026 and shortly after moving in, we began discovering problem after problem. Ongoing leak: A leak in our bathroom started around May and as of today STILL continues.
