I am extremely disappointed with the apartment complex. I moved in on May 26th to an apartment that was not move-in ready. The complex does not allow tenants to view the unit before the move-in date, only after the deposit has been paid. They made false promises to return the next day to fix the issues, but they never did. To anyone planning to move into this apartment complex: take my advice—do not, under any circumstances, move here. This place forces you to subscribe to a mandatory trash service; however, the staff fails to actually collect the trash while continuing to charge a monthly fee for it. I moved in last November and was stuck using a broken refrigerator for three whole months. I requested a replacement for that completely broken fridge over 50 times—yes, *50 times*—over the course of those three months. It was absolutely insane. ... read more
When I first moved here, it was an ok place to live. However, every time it has changed property management the managers have progressively gotten worse and worse. To the point that the hot water tank above me leaked into my unit, and it took maintenance just shy of 5 months to fix the damage. That’s with me checking in with the office every week to see when it would be fixed.
