My air has been out for almost half of the year in one of the hottest summers to date. I live on the third floor so this heat has been too hot for me to live in. They have given me false hope that anything would change, they still haven’t even fixed my garbage disposal, but they have time to repaint the entire apartment complex, fix the pools, and host food trucks but can’t fix my air at the place where I pay my rent on time? Pathetic.
Since they’ve been bought by someone else , things have went downhill. From losing money orders the first month of being bought, to maintenance not showing up at all when you put in tickets , the gate being broken, to the water being cut off for 24hrs randomly because they don’t pay the water bill & I haven’t received my security deposit back and I moved out June 1st . When rent is due we have no choice but to pay it on time but we’re expected to wait months with no updates and no answers about receiving our deposits back . ... read more
Update : BEWARE OF MOVE OUT PROCESS! since the new change in April, leasing agents are never in the office or answering phone. I moved out June 28 and still have not received my security deposit!
Yea bring back the old management!! Forget a smiley face, I want to live comfortable. They failed to properly plan the change over. Trash wasn’t picked up for several weeks after the change. They prioritized painting building over repairs. Front gate has been broke since the new management (5 months now). The old team was out there fixing the gate every week if that’s what it took.
