Building this house was unbelievably easier than building the previous 4 new houses we have had. It started with the warm welcome from Tammy Quiroz in the sales office, and everyone with whom we have had contact from Blenheim has been great. Problems (which have been minor) are fixed immediately by pleasant and competent workers. We are very happy we chose Parks Edge for our retirement years.
We had a wonderful experience working with Carolyn Disler at Parks Edge at Bayberry. She was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and always generous with her time. The other sales team members were also fantastic, making themselves available whenever we needed help. Overall, Blenheim Homes delivers quality workmanship, and Carolyn and the sales folks made the home-buying process smooth and positive.
We have been living in the community for several years, one of the best decisions we ever made. We love our home and the lifestyle. We have lots of friends and enjoy many of the available activities. Talking of activities, the choices are endless. We have tennis, pickleball, bocce, mahjong, bingo, pool, ping pong, every kind of card games, swimming pool to name a few. My wife and I moved into our new Parks Edge home in June 2025. We have been in our home now for almost 2 months and we are thrilled with our decision. Living in Parks Edge is like being on vacation everyday! Our neighbors are so friendly and welcoming, and my wife and I really feel like we moved into a tight-knit community.
