We had a good experience. I specifically want to recognize Bob for his effort, clear communication, friendly attitude and providing an overall positive experience. The whole situation around damage to your car, a rental car, busy schedules, etc. is highly frustrating. Bob was great to work with and I'd refer anyone to him based on our family's experience.
