Laz is awesome I was able to get my car serviced in and out the same day. Oil change and inspection done.
I had my engine replaced in my Chevy Colorado. They quoted me $3,500.00 for labor, which was already high, but my truck was already there so I agreed to proceed. I had an engine purchased elsewhere and they charged me a "$500.00 handling fee" just to receive it. They also told me that several parts from the engine I provided could not be used and gave me no explanation as to why, just that the tech said they were not usable. I always have a great experience when taking my truck for service. Everyone is super polite and they complete service is a very timely manner. I won't take my truck anywhere else.
Everyone I encountered at the service department were great especially Chris. It was also nice to see the sales team and catch up. The entire team at Parks is a pleasure to do business with.
