When a Canadian showed up at the ER with in infected and swollen finger, the wonderful (and I might add, funny) team of Valene, Andi, Tiffany, and Dr. Smith came to the rescue. The procedure wasn't exactly one I wish to repeat but I think, with some luck, I might survive. Thank you, Geoff Smith (of course I don't have the bill yet so this review might be premature!)

My daughter stayed here for 90 days in 2021. It was extremely difficult to leave her with all of the negative reviews- HOWEVER it was a true life saver for her. She hated it at first and called me crying just as the staff had warned about. But I felt like I had to see this through and I am so incredibly grateful for the staff who loved on her and guided her through the hardest time of her life. She came out a different person with perspective, tools to use in her daily life and a new outlook. We still have issues and are in ... read more

My granddaughter has been there less than 8 hrs and you want to put her on Prozac, and you did which knocked her out. That proved you don’t want anything to do with her... So you can tell the parents that she can’t communicate so you can keep her longer, cause we were told you were nothing but money grabbers. Prozac is a drug that make you want to kill yourself and at her age she doesn’t need Prozac. She only wants attention. So wish we could have her moved to where we wanted to, a place that they give help and not keep her ... read more

I loved my stay at Parkridge East Hospital. The hospital itself was smaller than Erlanger so you receive more individual needs met during your labor process than what you do in a bigger hospital setting. Most importantly, Like Parkridge states, the nurses are absolutely more seasoned and the turn over rate is much lower. When I gave birth to my first born at another hospital, every single nurse was new and it felt a bit overwhelming when questions could not be answered. My care at Parkridge was wonderful- nurse Jill and Mor... read more

I want to say a word about Parkridge Hospital East and the most excellent care they gave to Mikel for 49 days. Miss Sara Gore, Case Manager for Mikel, worked so very hard and was very determined to find Mikel the very best group home. She contacted 20 facilities and we are blessed Sara was so great to find Open Arms Care in Ducktown, TN. Mikel is now happy and is living with 7 other gentlemen, his peers. We are blessed Sara worked so hard for us. A very sincere thank you to all the staff on 2nd floor covering room 223. The w... read more
