We’ve been living here for a year now and the maintenance team is amazing! Marcos is also very easy to work with and very helpful.
Management has been very helpful , they guide me through the whole move in process , they have regular cleaning the stairwells , cameras around the property , laundry rooms I feel very safe living here
The good: price! $1825 for a three bedroom. There’s also a flat rate for w/s/g. It’s comparable or lower than surrounding apartments. The neighborhood is generally pretty quiet which is nice. There’s the occasional people at neighboring complexes that blast their music in the parking lot, but I’ve never seen a resident at Park Ridge do that. These are older apartments surrounded by new apartments. The maintenance is a little lacking but they make up with the price.
If I could do zero stars, I would. I was interested in a rental property they had listed on Zillow. They confirmed an appointment for the tour of the property a week prior and the DAY OF. Once I got there, there was no one in the leasing office so I thought, "Okay, darn, maybe they are waiting for me at the unit." I headed to the unit and no one was there.
