Pros: - Ramiro is professional and honest. He responds to problems with the apartment quickly, and explains things thoroughly and simply. His office is onsite Mon-Fri. Apparently he’s also a DJ. - Within easy walking distance of CVS and many grocery stores and neighborhood parks. The nearest laundromat is a very short drive. - Has a pool. I have never seen anyone use it. - The facilities are well maintained, owing to Ramiro's attentiveness. - They are pretty honest.
