I had a fantastic experience attending an adult beginners class at this gym. I had a few questions which were answered promptly by text and the website and waiver process was accessible and straightforward. The class was well-run, fun and tailored to the various ages and skill levels of the participants. I would highly recommend this professionally run, family oriented operation.

I love this place. What a great price for so much. My boys get so much energy out, are learning to throw their body around safely (instead of the chaos they usually do), and I’ve seen so much growth in their confidence. One of my sons is on the spectrum. His processing speed is slow and his body awareness is lacking, but they are so patient and so willing to help him. He really wants to be there and his body awareness has increased so much. I also love how the coach is the perfect blend of fun/goofy and serious about safety.... read more

Fun classes with an easy punch pass type system and frequent class options. I attend the adult class and kid classes. Ryan is a great teacher and the gym setup is conductive to learning and free play. I started parkour here last year and love it!

Tons of activities, a bit hard to find on Google maps but otherwise it's excellent
