The office manager here is very rude.
Did work at my house some years ago. Nothing was done as requested. Put in a bay window too high and did not insulate. Up charged for some base boards and finished steps the way he wanted without asking. Made many change without any consulting with us. Put in a Marvin window that was incomplete. Quite disappointed and we still experience problems from no proper insulation.
