I have used Park'N Fly Valet in Toronto several times and the service is excellent! It's so easy to just drop off your vehicle, hop on their shuttle bus (which is located steps from where you leave your far) and be dropped right off at your departure gate. The pick up is just as easy. Let them know when you've arrived after you've picked up your luggage, and a shuttle bus will pick you up at the gate number provided. Giving them your vehicle is easy but leaving isn't. They had our vehicle ready but didnt explain how to get out of the gate. You need to enter a code but on all the paperwork we got the only thing we seen that mentioned a gate code was a receipt telling us not to use the code for the gate...we're not alone. Multiple people in front of us wondering the same thing. They dont explain things well and ill likely not park here again because of that. Do better.

5 Stars for Hana Ramsuchit Manager training and compliance!! I had a few challenges in getting my car detailed properly! Once Hanna got involved, she made everything right in the end. It was a great experience and I will continue to use Park’N Fly as a result.
