Very bad economy service. Never use them. Waited for over 30 minutes and there was six other Valet busses and not one economy. Customer service kept on saying they are on their way and still after over 30 minutes no one showed up.
We did not need to wait long for the shuttle to get to and from the airport. Quick, convenient, and cheap.
Self check in with bar code on a phone is a pain , doesn't always work.
The parking lot felt safe and well-monitored. The shuttle service was excellent we didn’t have to wait on either trip, although we may have gotten lucky. The shuttle picks up and drops off at the airport bus station and can take you directly to either Terminal 1 or Terminal 3. The drivers were friendly and helpful, and the ride was quick, taking about 15 minutes in total. The app worked fine, although it may not be the most user-friendly for everyone. Overall, a convenient and stress-free parking experience.
