Would’ve been 5 except for the unenthusiastic helpers on “help line”! Charge reimbursement takes longer than thought as well. But shuttle drivers are 5 star helpful and entire process was easy and smooth .
Another good experience with Park 'N Fly. Upon arrival back to Terminal 1, we didn't even have to make the phone call as we got lucky showing up to the pick-up point in that the shuttle was already there. I was a little wary after reading some of the reviews of those who had issues with the shuttles. I was fortunate enough to have zero issues. I lucked out and got a spot close to one of the shuttle shelters (B2). As I was securing my vehicle one of the shuttles pulled up and actually waited for me for finish double checking the things. The driver gave me a piece of paper to hold onto with my spot and instructions for where to wait for pickup once I arrived back. They should be ashamed 30 min in the cold waiting in the parking lot to be picked up. Avoid as much as you can.
