Please save your money and time and don’t book there. You will get stranded in an empty parking lot with no customer service to ask for help. I will never use them ever again.
Absolute garbage
Thanks to the attendant Steve for bailing me out when I extended my stay and tried recreating a reservation instead of updating it after using the code to park in the lot already. He worked with me to get me out and got me a fair rate too. As I was told by all staff members I spoke to, NEVER CANCEL THE RESERVATION if you've already entered the lot lol
The pickup service is awfully unreliable. I called multiple times,had buses driving by and not stopping, shuttles that were for a different parking lot... All in all I had to wait over 30min for a shuttle to show up after my first call, this after a long trip, full of lugares and with kids waiting. I cannot recommend this service as it is, just too unreliable for the main service it advertises
