Terribly slow on pickup at airport. Will be using other service in the future.

While the departure was easy the pickup was not. The bus driver Nadine was extremely rude and refused to explain what we needed to do in order to get picked up. Edit: I reached out to the email in the response and they were very friendly and helpful helping me to resolve the issue.

We were very disappointed with the shuttle service. We waited over 45 minutes for an economy shuttle, but none were in sight. The staff felt bad for us and, along with three other families, we were told to use the self-park/valet shuttle. However, this shuttle first went to the valet, then self-parking, and finally, after a 20-minute ride, we arrived at the economy parking. Overall, it took us over an hour to get to our car.
