Overall the service was timely and helpful for a recent trip with little wait times at each end of the process. However, on exit the actually payment unit has the smallest type ever for the instructions related to the number pad for payment and the PIN. Very hard to read from the seat of a car, its even worse in full sun light, then it is not legible. It needs to be replaced with a unit with a larger screen for the actual key pad instructions....we did exit...
5 valet busses still no self park. Service sucks
They claimed the shuttle would arrive within 15–25 minutes. In reality, it took 55 minutes. During that time, we were forced to stand in their poorly covered shelters for nearly an hour in –10°C weather. Completely unacceptable. The return trip was even worse. We were told the shuttle would pick us up within 15 minutes, but the driver drove right past us without stopping. Website said shuttles come every 10 to 15 minutes. I waited over 25 minutes, and they don't answer the phone. Not acceptable.
