If you want washrooms to be for customers only, put up a sign. It gives people a chance before you send an angry employee to scream in your face "you can't use these washrooms". For all I knew, it looks like a part of the Pearson airport services. How would I know it's a separate entity? I can respect it if I saw a sign, I'm just some regular dude waiting to pick up my sister, trying to not be a nuisance to society like those people parking on the highway curb leading up to he airport.
