If you want washrooms to be for customers only, put up a sign. It gives people a chance before you send an angry employee to scream in your face "you can't use these washrooms". For all I knew, it looks like a part of the Pearson airport services. How would I know it's a separate entity? I can respect it if I saw a sign, I'm just some regular dude waiting to pick up my sister, trying to not be a nuisance to society like those people parking on the highway curb leading up to he airport. Would not recommend this place at all, the staff was there were extremely rude and had no manners at all, they would even kick you out of the lobby.
