Great service, only real choice if you have to leave your car at the airport
Just left the Ottawa location for Park n fly. Congratulations on getting the most inept employee I have met in many years. While service has always been poor, today was an amazing example of how ineffective and useless a corporate leadership could possibly be. One poor soul ahead of us was trying unsuccessfully to exit through the app lane. Did the attendant come out and help? Absolutely not. Convenient, well-priced. Park and their shuttle will pick you up from your car for a quick trip straight to the airport. On the way home they pick you up and bring you back to your car, easy peasy.
