Recently used the service and was dissatisfied with the service. The driver of the van told me I did a terrible job putting my suitcase in the designated area. He then told me it was all wrong several times. There were three other people on the van and they were all my family members. I placed my suitcase in a reasonable way, I don't know why he was so angry about this. It is way better than Toronto Park n Fly. Zero wait time and they pick you up from your car. The drivers are really pleasant and polite.
I have never had an issue or bad experience. Drivers are always very professional.
