Heed the bad reviews. Poor experience with Valet service. I picked up the car and it had 10Km extra on the odometer and a new warning light. Radio station also switched. This leads me to believe the vehicle was used for likely a joyride or errands. Unacceptable. Emailed for resolution and waiting for a response. I will not use Valet in the future. I may consider their regular service where I don't have to leave the keys.

Extremely pleasant experience heading to and from the Airport. Easy to book through the App -- and reasonably priced. Getting to the lot is straightforward and luckily bypasses the heavy traffic issues plaguing the area since construction began. Once you arrive, simply go through the automatic gate and park your car in front of the small office. Awful service. Reserved ahead of time. Needed to make an edit to the vehicle on the reservation. Could not do so, so canceled with the intent of rebooking. Tried to do so seconds later - no availability. Called and spoke to someone, they could not help. Stated they overbooked the lot and there was no availability. Maybe it was a blessing in disguise that I missed this mismanaged lot. Had to pay out the nose for an airport owned lot instead.
