When you have to wait almost 30 minutes for the shuttle to pick you up at airport post 5, you get a young arrogant driver who doesn't even have customer service skills. This happened Friday night September 12th 2025 around 8pm, I hope management sends me an email address so I can give full details. The valet service of having car ready is 100%
WARNING - Park 'N Fly Stole from a Locked Safe in My Car My recent experience with Park 'N Fly was a complete nightmare. Since this was a valet service, I entrusted them with my car key, which was used to steal an item from a LOCKED safe in my vehicle. heir promise of a secure lot is an absolute lie. Do not trust them with your vehicle or your belongings.
I love this place! Reasonable rates and friendly staff. I’ll be using this again many times.
