This was our first time using the Park and Fly service, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. We didn't know how to enter the parking lot, so we asked for assistance. The staff member at the entrance, a tall gentleman, was very rude and shouted at me. What made it even more upsetting was that he spoke very politely and gently to the people behind us. Been here in summer. fequent shuttle service.
Awesome experience for the first time parking and then flying to toronto, we werent quite ready for pick up so the bus circled a couple times then picked us up right at my car, then on the way back be dropped us off right at my car, overall good experience only issue i had was the scanner wouldnt scan my phone so i couldnt use my reservation i made
These people are scam artists! I got an estimate on line of $380 for the month, when we arrived back the charge was $500. The woman at the gate was extremely rude and dismissive. They have you right where they want you when you are exhausted from travelling and in the end you have two choices, pay their criminal fee or drive through the barrier. Never again! These people are nothing but criminals.
I just had the rudest driver. My first time using Park & Fly; as I entered the young man was lovely. He told me to park in L or M. I saw a shuttle ahead and said should I drop my bag there first?. He pointed to a 2nd shuttle idling in what turned out to be L row and said they will help you. I pulled up behind the shuttle and backed into a space.
