I have been using parknfly for years now ans love the convenience it offers. Today the driver got out and assisted a senior right at his car to hwlp with his luggage and also offered mine. Excellent service. Thanks so much!

I am curious reading the reviews from people who have been getting picked up at their cars and dropped off at their cars. For the last 4 times ( one year) no one on our shuttle with us was. We have been made to drag our luggage to one of the stops at the end of the aisle. We had to climb over snow banks carrying heavy luggage at 2am in the morning. We Pre registered for the service , kept the ticket after entering they noted the parking area , When we came back the driver asked for our ticket when we got on the bus ,when we exited the bus he did not return our ticket , when we got to the check out the attendant was EXTREMELY rude, she said she contacted the drivers and they said they had no unreturned ticket.I was forced to pay $132 dollars, I know for a fact he did not give my ticket back .
