We were very disappointed with the pickup service at the end of our trip. Park N Fly has known for years that the Montreal airport would be shutting down its main parking structure, so I assume their business is now busier than ever. Unfortunately, they don’t seem prepared for the number of people who need their shuttle. Our morning drop-off at 5am was quick, but the return at 8pm was completely different. Horriblement dispendieux (400$ pour 25jrs), sans doute sous prétexte que le parking standard de l'aéroport est encore plus dispendieux... Stressant car les navettes ne passent pas aussi fréquemment qu'indiqué, j'ai cru que j'allais rater mon vol (30mins d'attente), donc on perds totalement l'intérêt de la proximité... Decent parking lot for when going on vacation, and have been using this exact location for many years for my vacations. Sadly the reason why this is 3 stars was because on my last visit my car was scratched by someone else's suitcase on my brand new car, and when informing the property management they said there was nothing they could do. I now go to a nearby location with camera's due to this issue.
