We've waited for 40 minutes at the waiting shed to be picked up,we we're not expecting that long to wait for the shuttle bus.I thought it will only take every 15 min.

A very convenient and affordable option for parking near Toronto airport while you're away. We usually use the economy lot, which is significantly cheaper, though it's a bit farther from the airport. But if you plan ahead, that’s not a problem since the shuttle service runs frequently.

I had a terrible experience with Park and Fly Economy Lot. After leaving baggage claim, I went straight to the bus stand to catch the economy shuttle. I waited an hour and a half — not a single economy bus showed up. The only reason I got back to my car was because a valet/self-park bus eventually arrived, and the group of us insisted the driver take us to the economy lot. I recently used Park'N Fly Economy again. I am satisfied with its service. I might be lucky that I spent less than 10 mins to wait for the shuttle in both departure and return. Both drivers were kind to take heavy luggages onto shelves. Leaving more time in your schedule will always reduce your tension. Take a note of your parking position (row and shelter).
