Never enough shuttles. You end up waiting 40min to find a seat on one.
Park my car here for 3 months during the summer. When I came back, the battery was dead but they helped me charge it up and got the car back with no issues.
Always reliable, the shuttle drivers are knowledgeable about where to get dropped off and the front desk staff are friendly. Always use this service and appreciate the discounts with BCAA!
We just came back from a 7 day trip. Our vehicle has scratches under the door handle from keys, all our settings were changed, side mirrors messed with, heat cranked to high etc. We will never use this company again. Do not leave this company your keys.
