Easiest way to deal with YVR airport parking when you fly.
Always great and efficient service - definitely the weekly rate is better than anything less than a week when it it quite pricey in comparison Great desk staff and shuttle drivers
I booked them for YVR airport because was thinking they are providing a good service. After reading here comments , I decided to call and ask. The person who answered told me “ yes sometimes it happened , we leave scratch or small bump”. He doesn’t care at all, this is how customer service is not important for them. I am shocked. Is this how you do business? You will lose all clients if you continue this way! People don’t trust them your car! P.s I don’t need you write me “ sorry blah blah”, just do a good job!
I recently traveled to the US over three days and got a quote online for the parking fees. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle the charges were double. Customer service was adequate but it is misleading on the cost to park a vehicle.
We always have a good experience when using their services and this time was no different. Kricia and Fatih were spectacular. Not to mention the whole staff. 10/10.
