Have used this place a few times with no issues other than the annoyance that they adjust my seats and mirrors. However, my visit last visit was abysmal. I returned after traveling for 15 hours, it was 1:30 am. I paid with Google wallet, it came up approved on both wallet and Park n Flys terminal. The attendant said it was an error and I had to pay again. I told him it was approved, then proceded to log into my account to double check, which it did go through. Very unsatisfied I had my car there since Tuesday and today being the 11th (remembrance day) my car did not get detailed as it was supposed to and they tried to blame it on the holiday, but was there since Tuesday. Do not recommend👎

My husband and I returned to Park n Fly Vancouver yesterday around 4:30pm, to retrieve our car from the Park n Fly Vancouver lot. As we entered our car, we observed most of the contents of the front storage compartment scattered on the floors of both the drivers’ and passengers’ sides! What the heck?
