Convenient and well priced. I don't like that every time I come back my seat and mirrors have been adjusted.
Have been here at least 15 times, staff members are usually unhappy and lacking customer service.
This is a good service they provide but I was overcharged on my credit card. I booked the service on the app and received a quote of $162 after taxes that indicated the charge would be applied when picking up the vehicle. After I received my credit card bill they charge me $189. I have no screenshot to prove this unfortunately. Make sure you screen shot the bill before they charge it to your card.
Left my truck here at the end of March and paid for the wash/vacuum option. They did an incredible job, far exceeded expectations. Took all my mats out and washed them, crevice tooled all the hard to reach areas. Just really good service and a professional job.
The last thing I said to the lady at the desk was making sure they would charge my electric car while I left it there for six days. When I returned it had less charge than when I dropped it off. The only excuse they gave me was it was spring break. And they left the charge door open which is at the front t of the car so that flew open on the highway and I had to pull over and shut it.
