They don't give a flying fart about you or your property, and they hold themselves to a standard of zero accountability. Wish I read the reviews before I booked. I won't be doing that again!
I hardly every write bad reviews but this one I just felt compelled to I was heading out of town for 8 days and was trying to decide to take an Uber or Park and Fly. Did the latter HUGE mistake 1. After returning to vancouver Park n fly to pick up our car from our trip, we were told it would be up to 15 minutes to get our car, This was repeated a few more times. Then After just over 1 hour later our car finally arrived. The employees were very kind but service was horrible. They told me they would do something to make up the wait but nothing happened.
