今回目的があり、こちらのホテルにいきました。目の前には、ランニングする人と、犬を連れて散歩している人がたくさんいる芝生のバカでかい公園がある立地です。メルボルン動物園も近く。シティやブロンズウィックストリート、スミスストリートに行くにも、トラムの停留所も近く、スーパーもあるちょっとしたモールも近く、観光で有名なとこよりは少しローカルな雰囲気で混んでいないので 自分にとってはいろいろ楽でした。ただ部屋には火を使えるキッチンはないので、スーパーでの買い物は、制限されました。 調べものがあり、電話を代わりにかけてもらったり、話を聞いてもらったり、とても親身になってもらえました。おかげで旅の目的を達成する助けにもなり、とても感謝しております。車も駐車できるようなので、中心部や、人気の通り散策メインの人以外なら、割と自由がきくし不自由はないかと、。少し地理に精通してれば大丈夫かと思います。
The new manager Claudia has been great to deal with for our group booking - making the process nice and easy
Very bad service - tried calling multiple times to finalise a group booking that we have already paid a deposit for without success. Told Manager needs to deal with this but manager never calls back. Staff unable to help at all
