Great cafes nearby and an easy walk to the Melbourne Zoo. Couldn't have asked for a better base.
Didn't have hot water in the shower, went to ask, I had to run it for 6 minutes for it to heat up. Rooms in a general state of disrepair. Questionable cleaning. Takes ages for them to return your deposit.
From the moment we checked in, the staff went above and beyond. They were so friendly and accommodating, even storing our bags before and after checkout.
