Didn't have hot water in the shower, went to ask, I had to run it for 6 minutes for it to heat up. Rooms in a general state of disrepair. Questionable cleaning. Takes ages for them to return your deposit.
From the moment we checked in, the staff went above and beyond. They were so friendly and accommodating, even storing our bags before and after checkout.
今回目的があり、こちらのホテルにいきました。目の前には、ランニングする人と、犬を連れて散歩している人がたくさんいる芝生のバカでかい公園がある立地です。メルボルン動物園も近く。シティやブロンズウィックストリート、スミスストリートに行くにも、トラムの停留所も近く、スーパーもあるちょっとしたモールも近く、観光で有名なとこよりは少しローカルな雰囲気で混んでいないので 自分にとってはいろいろ楽でした。ただ部屋には火を使えるキッチンはないので、スーパーでの買い物は、制限されました。 調べものがあり、電話を代わりにかけてもらったり、話を聞いてもらったり、とても親身になってもらえました。おかげで旅の目的を達成する助けにもなり、とても感謝しております。車も駐車できるようなので、中心部や、人気の通り散策メインの人以外なら、割と自由がきくし不自由はないかと、。少し地理に精通してれば大丈夫かと思います。
