Went to buy a number of flower arrangements at this place today. 2 of my items were clearly marked and advertised at $30 each, but scanned at $35 each. The shop assistant refused to sell them to me at the advertised price, resulting in me walking away from a $100 purchase. I will report the business to Consumer Affairs as this is false advertising.

quality of flowers are terrible and over priced. discounted flowers at woolworths are better quality than these ... $15 for wrapping the flowers too ? really??
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but my experience here was appalling. I came in to buy flowers for my two daughters, who were performing on stage, and the entire process was incredibly frustrating. At the counter, the lady shoved the flowers into a plastic bag without any care. When I asked if she could wrap them properly, she claimed they were short on wrapping paper.
