I left my car here for what was supposed to be a simple wash and clean, and was told it would take 1.5 hours. When I checked in near the time it was meant to be ready, the woman cleaning my car snapped at me, complaining about how “dirty” my car was and insisting it would take another 25 minutes. Her attitude was completely unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. This place is horrible and would advise people to take their business elsewhere. I accidently was in the 'wrong' spot this morning and was greeted with an extremely poor and disrespectful attitude from one of the ladies working there. Btw, it is not clear where to leave your car, particularly when the lanes are taken up. Don't go and rip into someone if there in the wrong spot. If that's the way you treat your customers then you have no right to be in business. Anyone in keysborough area, avoid this place.
Did an excellent job cleaning stubborn tree sap stains along the car along with cleaning the interior at an affordable price.
