I worked here for my first time through registry and minus the un-edible meat that was served for lunch that day (honestly...it was tough as shoe leather and I'm not even exaggerating because the normal cook was off that day) and their "fried"? Chicken? Actually still had flour on it! Who would serve that?? I mean, I was raised to treat others the way you would want to be treated and...if YOU wouldn’t eat it?...don't serve it to others. Document everything including phones calls. It’s best to email them so there’s a paper trail.

My brother's nurse is AWESOME! I called and discussed some concerns he had. His nurse, Shaneeka (sp) immediately took care of the different concerns and then called me to within hours to update me. As a previous RN, RCM and DNS I appreciate her work immensely!

Called to inquire about a job and the ladies I spoke with were very rude and hung up before I could even finish my sentence.
