I’m satisfied with the 24 hour care my grandmother receives at Parkmoor Village. The staff is phenomenal and always willing to listen to your concerns. The food selections are also phenomenal. The other residents always look at for each other. We are glad we chose Parkmoor for our grandmother.

The facility is dated, the rooms intolerably hot, the food sucks and the staff careless. Do yourself a favorite and never get involved with them. As long as your bill is paid there is no thought of leaving. Makes the ward in 'One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest' seem like fun, in comparison.

Parkmoor Village Healthcare Center strives to make all residents comfortable and happy. It's an amazing facility I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for skilled nursing long term or short term care.

The staff at Parkmoor village are very kind and caring employees . Everytime I come in I am greeted with a hello and a big smile. They aren't just doing their job, they build relationships with the patients. They are a very professional and clean facility who really care about their patients there. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a home for their loved one.

Yeah I'm a relative of a patient that just passed that was there and it's maybe two days after their passing that they call up demanding payment anybody who puts a person in there will be expecting to have to pay the bill immediately after I don't think that's very good 4 this company to be pulling it while the family is in the grieving process I'd advise anybody that needs to put a relative in hospice care to avoid this place I advised family members to seek legal recourse because nobody in the family signed any papers
