So I took a family member in there because there's nothing else we could do and he's been in and out of rehabs and alcoholic abuse and we got recommended that place and all sudden now nowhere we get a really rude and nasty call from a person who works from that place and they were doing the whole guilt tripping thing basically saying that we don't care about the family member being rude and hateful the entire call and I honestly don't think I'd ever want to deal with them personally again after that experience I've had with ... read more

the staff here is awesome and the building is so nice. great experience update: i’ve referred about 6 of my friends from cleveland to parkman who needed help and they all had great experiences like me
Oh BOY!!!! Let me tell you the experience I had. At first, they treated me with AMAZING care, I mean my situation was definitely different, but they treated me good & used the RIGHT medicines that had me barely feeling any symptoms. For YEARS my anxiety had been an issue but lately it’s been so bad it’s been causing me dizziness, panic, heart racing & just all out terror. Parkman was amazing! The staff bent over backwards to make me feel comfortable and cared for. The building is very nice as well. Clients are treated with dignity and respect. This is a great place to start your recovery journey. Thank you, Parkman!
