I have been using Parkland labs for a few years now. I had switched to them after using 2 other labs. 1. Very transparent with billing 2. Very polite 3. Appliances fit well, if any issues, they are always available to help and troubleshoot 4. Very prompt 5. Great customer service 6. Very reliable 7. Great turnaround time Highly recommend them to any orthodontic appliances! Dave, Maureen and Donna are awesome!
I have 2 office and use Parkland for all appliances at each. Not only is the quality far superior to any other labs we've used but the customer service couldn't be better.
I have used Parklund lab for my orthodontic appliances (retainers, expanders, holding arches, etc.) for many years. The quality is excellent, the lab is very responsive to any concerns, and the turnaround time is unmatched. I highly recommend them.
