This is an amazing building. As longtime renters in the Chicago area (with some horror stories under our belts), my partner and I couldn't be happier with our apartment, the building, and the staff. The appliances are good quality and the maintenance responses are quick and super efficient. There is very little noise transfer between units (we hear nothing overhead), but occasionally we hear minor noise from lateral neighbors and from the hallway. Just moved into Parkline and the experience has been so smooth. The office team is wonderful and I can’t tell you how helpful the front desk has been. The amenities are beautiful and always clean, you can’t go wrong with an indoor hot tub. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for their next home!
